oh well...i want to sleep
bcos the last part of the semester has been reali tiring and a mad rush
ok i tackled 2 exams prep + paper + 3D model presentation in one week.
which may not seem to be a lot but it actually is
Bio Sci in Popular Media - A whole stack of notes containing a lot of factual bio info that i was not sure which ones to know and which ones to ignore. so i became very uptight and studied about everything with mattina and dion. jerly and thom...hai
anyway...nv sleep much onli to realise we studied too much..
the paper was tricky but still easy
its the walk-out event of the year
40 qns 2 hours...by the end of the first hour half the exam hall became empty as a lot of people have finished the paper.
Western Art History - 2 essay qns for us to prepare beforehand and throw it all out during the paper. did extensive research (extensive by my standards) and was super asking for it. I felt like i forgot everything as i went into the exam hall, but alas, i bullshit my way to the very last minute of the 2.5 hr paper. Hope i can get a B.
3D Design Workshop 10 second motion tracer - half a semester worth of work crammed into the final 2 weeks before presentation. lucky for me i took the easy route of assembling the simplest things i could find. some of my unlucky classmates had such sky high ideas tat they sacrificed sleepless hours, amidst exam week, to complete their model. (read: Jerly/Mattina/Dion/Linda/Shi Hui/Davier). Asking for it. anyway i din sleep too cos i know if i dun help jerly he will nv finish his model in 5 yrs, let alone 12 hours. anyway just to intro u to my simple model.
it is aptly titled ' Now you see it, now you don't'
the ballbearing will run into the tube and disappears and appears in and out of sight due to strategic pasted boards and tubes. anyway, my ball clocked 12 seconds and succeeded 2 out of 3 tries. quite ok considering its quite flimsy and some components required certain amt of luck which i had no control over.
